Al Muhsi -The Recknor is one of the 99 names of Allah - which is also His Divine attribute. 

The Holy Quran says" For Allah has full knowledge of all things". The attribute also means  The One who knows the details of each and everything. The One who possesses all quantitative knowledge.The One who comprehends everything, small or great, inner or outer. The One who registers and records every thought and deed. 
The strokes in this painting sometimes resemble big and small leaves. Inspired by the thought "Not a leaf falls anywhere without Allah's knowledge and permission.:
