Al Hakim - The Wise

This divine attribute and the name means –

He whose every command and action is pure wisdom.

“For those who believe and work righteous deeds, there will be Gardens of Bliss, To dwell therein. The promise of Allah is true: and He is Exalted in power, WISE. He created the heavens without any pillars that ye can see; He set on the earth mountains standing firm, lest it should shake with you; and He scattered through it beasts of all kinds. We send down rain from the sky, and produce on the earth every kind of noble creature, in pairs. Such is the Creation of Allah: now show Me what is there that others besides Him have created; nay, but the Transgressors are in manifest error.
(31-8..11)” The Holy Quran

Allah is Most Knowing. He possesses the quality of discrimination between right and wrong and who is free from error or misunderstanding.
He has perfect wisdom. His wisdom turns mankind back from wrongdoing. He is qualified to judge the worth of all things.

“AL Hakim is the one who possesses wisdom, and wisdom consists of the knowledge of the most excellent things.” Ghazali

Quran tells us:"... and if you forgive them, then surely you are the Mighty, the Wise".|The Holy Quran (5:118)
