Al Alim -The Omniscient, is one of the 99 names of Allah - which is also His Divine attribute. More details about this name are here.

The Holy Quran says "And with Him are the keys of the Invisible. None but He knoweth them. And HE KNOWETH WHAT IS IN THE LAND AND THE SEA. NOT A LEAF FALLETH BUT HE KNOWETH IT, not a grain amid the darkness of the earth, naught of wet or dry but (it is noted) in a clear record."

Mathematician Minkowski's realization  that Space and Time are really part of the same reality, a single geometric object "Henceforth, space by itself, and time by itself, are doomed to fade away into mere shadows, and only a kind of union of the two will preserve an independent reality."

The painting loosely depicts this fluid relationship between space-time continuum and the three-dimensional space which we can relate to. And the fourth dimension of time. Then Time can move backward, forwards, or even warp. Which in turn solidifies the attribute of All-knowing in the human understanding.
