Al Qadir – The Powerful

He who is able to do what He wills as He wills, nothing is difficult to Him.

“The same Who produces for you fire out of the green tree, when behold! ye kindle therewith (your own fires)! “IS NOT HE WHO CREATED THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH ABLE TO CREATE THE LIKE
THEREOF? “YEA, INDEED! for He is the Creator Supreme of skill and knowledge (infinite)! Verily, when He intends a thing, His Command is, “Be”, and it is! So glory to Him in Whose hands is the dominion of all things: and to Him will ye be all brought back.” (36:80…83)The Holy Quran

Allah possesses the power and the ability to measure-out anything and everything.
He has the capability to make any decree and to determine what will be.
His decree determines the measure and distribution of all things.
He does as He wills, acting or not acting in accord with whatever He decides.

Al Qadir does whatever He does according to the requirement of wisdom, no more, nor less.

Quran tells us:"Say: He has the power to send on you a chastisement from above you, or from beneath your feet, or throw you into confusion, (making you) different parties, and making some of you taste the fighting of others. See how We repeat the signs so that they may understand". |The Holy Quran (6:65)
